Small Groups.  At Journey, we offer short term biblically based theme studies, both on Sunday morning and at other times during the week. Our goal is to build relationships with Christ and one another as we study, discuss and share on a variety of topics that relate to our daily walk with God.

Have a New Kid by Friday, Sundays, August 1-September 12, 5-6:30 p.m.  Dr. Kevin Leman’s video-based study on how to change your child’s attitude, behavior and character in five days.  While you’re attending class, kiddos age 3 through 6^th grade can attend Hero Headquarters VBS. One in a Million: Journey to Your Promised Land.   Every week millions of believers fill the chairs of the church and hear about the greatness and power of God.  They are told they can experience it, yet few ever do.  If you hunger to experience His power, hear His voice, and live in the abundance promised to you, then this seven-week study is for you.  It’s also a great study for beginning Bible students. Bring a sack lunch and join us 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Mondays in the Krause Meeting Room at Union UMC beginning September 13.

Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study: Disciple I.  For serious students hungry to learn and grow in their faith, Disciple Bible Study begins on Sunday, September 19.  Join us in the Krause Meeting Room at Union UMC for this 34-week course covering the Old and New Testaments.  Plan to spend at least an hour in study each day.  The class, taught by Rev. Holly Wood, Rev. Ron Chase, and Rev. Jay Krumeich, will meet weekly, 6-8 p.m.
